Physical AI & Automation
Physical AI & Automation
We design how to combine deterministic steps, AI and human review for processes with context, rules and exceptions. First the problem, the sources and the controls are assessed; then scope and implementation are agreed.
Documents, approvals and workflows, as well as possible interactions with ERP, CRM, databases or other existing systems, are types of cases to explore; they are not a catalog of available or certified integrations.
Talk about a processA staged approach
Automating starts by defining what must stay under control.
01
Discovery
Clarify the process, its exceptions, owners, authorized sources and limits.
02
Design
Define the architecture, deterministic steps and where, if it adds value, to use AI.
03
Controls and evaluation
Agree on permissions, human reviews, quality criteria, failures and metrics before operating.
04
Integration and operation
Assess the available interfaces and agree on who owns support, changes and follow-up.
Frequently asked questions
Which processes can be assessed?
Tasks with rules, documents, approvals or exceptions can be explored. Suitability depends on the process, the data, the permissions and the risk; it is determined during discovery.
Does the AI make decisions without review?
The design defines which tasks can be automated, which controls apply and where human review or authorization is required. Autonomy is not assumed for sensitive actions.
Which systems can be integrated?
ERP, CRM, databases and other systems can be considered as possible cases. Integration depends on interfaces, access, data quality and agreed scope; prior compatibility is not guaranteed.
Let’s review the process before automating it.
Engagement model, scope and operating responsibilities are agreed with each organization.
